Real Estate
Buyers and sellers connect on Off-Grid Market and close the sale through a title company, real-estate attorney, or escrow service — the same way any private property sale is finalized.
Marketplace
Buy through our on-site checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe and goes directly to the seller. Shipping is arranged by the seller.
Bookings
Book and pay through our on-site checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe and goes directly to the host. Cleaning fees, deposits, and refunds follow each host's listing policy.
Services
Get a quote on Off-Grid Market, then pay the service provider directly per the terms you agree on. Common practice: written quote up front, deposit at scheduling, balance on completion.
Jobs
Applicants apply through Off-Grid Market. The employer pays the hired worker through their normal payroll, contract, or 1099 — same as any standard job listing.
Classifieds
Like a community bulletin board. Buyer and seller meet up and settle however they agree — cash, Venmo, check, etc.
